DIAMOND CHALLENGE Rules

Rules of the « DIAMOND CHALLENGE»

Article 1 - Organization of the Game
The company HOLLYWEED, whose head office is located in at 212 rue Raoul Briquet, 62260 à; Auchel, and registered 93171219400014  « the’Organizer »), is organizing a competition with purchase obligation entitled “ DIAMOND CHALLENGE » (hereinafter referred to as “the Game”).

Article 2 - Participation

2.1 Conditions of participation
Participation in the Game is open to everyone. any adult natural person residing in mainland France. All employees of the company are excluded from participation in the Game. HOLLYWEED as well as members of their direct family (spouses, direct lineal ascendants and descendants, and collaterals).

2.2 Conditions of participation
To participate in the Game, each participant must purchase a 5 gram package of CBD flowers called CBD flowers. “ DIAMOND ”. The package is sold at the price of &euro 29.90; (excluding shipping costs). Participants are informed that the game is limited to à 500 units of packages put on sale. Each "DIAMOND" is equivalent to 2 participations. In addition, each order placed on the hollyweed.fr site for an amount equal to or greater than 49 € (excluding shipping costs) automatically includes the draw and is equivalent to 1 participation.

Article 3 - Endowment
The winner, either the person drawn; randomly among the orders respecting the terms of participation will be able to choose between:

  • A 0.69 carat diamond, worth €2,000.

  • A check for €1,500.

Article 4 - Designation of the Winner
The winner will be chosen by drawing lots, on December 1, 2024 at 8 p.m. live on our Facebook page.

4.1 Conditions for claiming the prize
To claim their prize, the winner must contact the company. HOLLYWEED within 30 days to delivery. count of the draw by lot. The winner can contact HOLLYWEED by:

4.2 Prize delivery
The prize will be handed out in person by the company. HOLLYWEED to the winner, at a date and location agreed between both parties.

Article 5 - Responsibility
The Organizer cannot be held responsible if, for reasons beyond its control, the Game has to be modified, postponed, or canceled. Likewise, the Organizer declines all responsibility. in the event of incidents or accidents occurring outside the premises. the occasion of the award ceremony.

Article 6 - Acceptance of the Regulations
Participation in the Game implies full acceptance of these regulations. Any inaccurate or misleading declaration, any fraud will result in the disqualification of the participant.

Article 7 - Modifications
The Organizer reserves the right to modify, extend, shorten, suspend or cancel the Game without notice if circumstances so require, without its liability being due. cannot be engaged as a result.

Article 8 - Personal data
The information collected as part of this Game is processed in accordance with this the Data Protection Act of January 6, 1978 as amended and the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR). Participants have the right to access, rectify and delete data concerning them.

Article 9 - Disputes
This regulation is subject to approval. French law. In the event of persistent disagreement on the application or interpretation of these regulations, and in the event of persistent disagreement, in the absence of an amicable agreement, any dispute will be submitted to the competent courts.
